  • Execution of Contract for Sale and Purchase for a Permanent Easement from Keith 1, LLC, in the amount of $2,700.00, plus legal fees in the amount of $2,000.00.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes, Chapter 125; Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1-9.2 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion
  • The Force Main 1M rehabilitation project will replace approximately 8,700 linear feet of 24" and 3,200 linear feet of ductile iron pipe with 27" and 30" HDPE force main.
  • An 825 square foot permanent easement is required for the project at property located at 4305 66th Street West in Bradenton, Florida.
  • Property Acquisition performed an in-house analysis and determined the value of $2,700.00 for the easement area.
  • The property owner, Keith 1, LLC, has agreed to a negotiated settlement in the amount of $2,700.00 in addition to legal fees in the amount of $2,000.00 to grant the easement.
