Manatee County Code of Laws
Change Order 3 provides for an additional 45 calendar days as follows: 15 days due to weather conditions in January and February, and 30 days to continue work related to recent directives for changes in the work at no additional cost to the Agreement. Unforeseen conditions encountered on the center and south groins have resulted in changes to maintain the structure design. The changes in work are critical path items and depend on the procurement and arrival of materials. A future change order is anticipated that will include a revised completion schedule and a revised Agreement total resulting from these changes in the work.
