Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes, Chapter 125, and Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion

Brookshore Partners, LLC is required to dedicate a 110 square foot permanent utilities easement for access and maintenance of a water meter for a new Burger King at Parkwood Square, US 301 North, Parrish, Florida 34219.
