Action Requested
Adoption of Resolution R-20-131 to write off bad debt for accounting purposes for the Bradenton Area Convention Center in the amount of $160.50.

Background Discussion
- Total write off for FY 2020 is one account in the amount of $160.50. The balance is a result of additional clean up post event. Attempts to collect have been unsuccessful.
- Write off balances have reduced substantially. Previous years' write offs were: 2019 - $1,361.34; 2018 - $3,317.22; and 2017 - $7,337.58.
- Staff will continue to look for ways/processes that minimize our annual bad debt.
