Authorization for the Procurement Official, or designee, to execute Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 16-2732JE for Benefit Administration System Services with Benefit Express Services, LLC to renew the Agreement for one additional year, commencing February 16, 2021 and ending February 15, 2022 in the annual amount of $350,000.00, for a revised not-to-exceed aggregate agreement total of $1,400,000.00.

Background Discussion
On February 16, 2017, the County approved Agreement No. 16-2732JE with Benefit Express Services, LLC for Benefit Administration System Services in the not-to-exceed agreement amount of $550,000.00.
On October 22, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved Amendment No. 1 to establish an annual not-to-exceed amount of $350,000.00, for a revised not-to-exceed aggregate agreement total of $1,050,000.00.
On February 12, 2020, the County approved Amendment No. 2 to add Performance Guarantees to the Agreement.
On March 10, 2020, the County approved Amendment No. 3 to renew the Agreement for one additional year, commencing February 16, 2020 and ending February 15, 2021.
This Amendment No. 4 renews the Agreement for one additional year, commencing February 16, 2021 and ending February 15, 2022 in the annual amount of $350,000.00, for a revised not-to-exceed aggregate agreement total of $1,400,000.00.
