The Parks & Natural Resources Department (PNRD) has reviewed the bond amount and has determined that it meets the requirements of Wingate Creek Mine Plan (MMP) R-18-012.
The Wingate Creek Mine Duette Bridge Replacement Bond No. 0218637 has been increased to $390,912.00 from $384,000.00. This Bond covers the proportionate share of the cost of replacing the Duette Bridge #134030, based on the thirty-two percent (32%) transportation impact of Developer's activities according to MMP R-18-012.
Acceptance of the attached Duette Bridge Replacement Bond Rider No. 0218637 in the amount of $390,912.00 as security for Duette Bridge Replacement requirements at Wingate Creek Mine.
