  • Execute Corrective Deed with the Florida Department of Transportation for Subordination of County Utility Interests to Parcel 125.4 located north of 60th Avenue West on the west side of U.S. 41 Bradenton, Florida.

Background Discussion

On September 10, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) adopted Resolution R-13-128 and executed the Subordination of County Utility Interests for Parcel 125.4. However, given a change in the legal description, FDOT has requested the BCC ADOPT a new resolution and Execute a Corrective Deed for Parcel 125.4.

The property is located north of 60th Avenue West on the west side of U.S. 41 (14th Street).
