  • The right-of-way is required for the future improvements and realignment at Canal Road and Mendoza Road.
  • This acquisition is for CIP Project # 6094360, Canal Road - U.S. 301 - U.S. 41.
  • The partial acquisition consists of 12.6 acres of unimproved land within PID 768900003, 769100009, 768800005, 768700007, 770700003, and 769600008.
  • A settlement was reached in the amount of $379,000.00 for the partial acquisition eliminating the need for any additional costs or expert fees associated with this agreement.
