  • Custom Carts is relocating from Sarasota County to an existing facility in Manatee County that is owned by East 15th Street, Inc., and Jacyn Beacon Realty, LLC.
  • This facility, located at 4515 15th Street East, Bradenton, Florida 34203, PID No. 1637800002, consists of approximately 40,000 square feet and is situated on a 5.11-acre site that is currently zoned Heavy Manufacturing (HM).
  • The relocation and continued operation of the business at this facility requires a change of use that will allow warehouse, wholesale trade, and accessory outdoor storage use on the property.
  • The property owners, who have applied for the change of use, are required to convey a Permanent Utility Easement to Manatee County for the water meter on the property as a condition of approval.
  • Blue Side Up, LLC, the holder of the mortgage on this property, joins and consents to the conveyance of the 3,625 square feet easement.
