Action Requested
  • Accept Temporary Turnaround Easement from Taylor Woodrow Communities at Artisan Lakes, LLC (Seasons Way); and
  • Accept Temporary Turnaround Easement from Taylor Woodrow Communities at Artisan Lakes, LLC (Morey Farms Loop); and
  • Accept Permanent Utilities Easement from Taylor Woodrow Communities at Artisan Lakes, LLC (includes consent and joinder from Artisan Lakes Community Development District); and
  • Accept Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Andrew "Drew" Miller.


Enabling/Regulating Authority
Manatee County Comprehensive Plan.

Background Discussion
  • The final plat for Artisan Lakes Esplanade, Phase IV, Subphase A, B, C & D was approved by the Manatee County Board of County Commissioners on April 23, 2019.
  • Two (2) temporary turnaround easements are needed for emergency vehicles to turnaround on roads that extend beyond the plat.
  • The permanent utility easement is required because the utilities needed for Phase 4 have crossed into future phases and are, therefore, located off-site. The permanent utilities easement contains 1.232 acres.
  • This agenda item is to accept the conveyance documents and record in Board Records only.
