  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Frank S. Benson, III, as President of Great Eastern Corporation, as Manager of North River Village GEC, LLC, and;
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Matthew Sapp, as Vice President of Huntington National Bank.

Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan - 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion

North River Village GEC, LLC, is required to dedicate a 100 square feet public utility easement for access to inspect and maintain the potable water system.  The easement is for the new Dunkin Donuts location at 6420 North US 301 in Ellenton.
