Adoption of Ordinance No. 19-44 amending and restating Chapter 2-26, Section 2-26-63 Contract Claims, and Section 2-26-64 Administrative Hearings.
Manatee County Code of Laws
The Procurement Division and the County Attorney's office regularly examine the Procurement Code for improvements in efficiency, to enhance integrity, or to further legal compliance in procurement activities.
Results of the most recent review identified two revisions to the Procurement Code that are brought forward for approval.
