  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Jonathan Brumleve, President of WMG Development, LLC.; and
  • Accept and Record a Permanent Utility Easement from WMG Development, LLC to access and maintain sanitary sewer facilities; and
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Jonathan Brumleve, President of WMG Development, LLC.

  • WMG Development, LLC, is the owner of a 1.46-acre site located at 5925 Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, Bradenton, FL 34202.
  • The owner plans to construct and operate a dental facility on the property.
  • As a condition of Final Site Plan approval, WMG Development is required to convey two Permanent Utility Easements to Manatee County for the potable water meter and sewer facilities located along the property boundary.
  • The Permanent Utility Easement for the water meter consists of 150 square feet.
  • The Permanent Utility Easement for the sewer facilities consists of 178 square feet.
