Authorize the County Administrator, or designee, to execute Change Order No. 2 to Agreement No. 18-TA002744JP with Cobb Site Development, Inc. for the C.R. 675 Canal Piping Project, in the amount of $36,667.82 for a revised agreement total of $1,357,084.41 and adding 119 calendar days to the construction schedule.

Background Discussion
Change Order No. 2 to Agreement No. 18-TA002744JP provides for an additional $36,667.82 and 119 calendar days to the construction schedule for additional canal lining that is needed to complete the C.R. 675 Canal Piping Project. 

Procurement History
On July 20, 2018, Agreement No. 18-TA002744JP was awarded to Cobb Site Development, Inc., in the amount of $767,197.11 based on a construction schedule of 270 calendar days for the replacement of 1700 linear feet of roadside canal piping along C.R. 675 in Parrish, Florida.

On March 12, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved Change Order No. 1 to Agreement No. 18-TA002744JP to increase the Agreement amount by $553,219.48 to repair damages that were caused by an overnight rainstorm event and add durability improvements for a revised Agreement total of $1,320,416.59 with no changes to the construction schedule.

On May 15, 2019, Administrative Contract Adjustment No. 1 to Agreement No. 18-TA002744JP was approved to add 54 calendar days to the construction schedule for the installation of ditch lining that was associated with Change Order No. 1.  

Change Order No. 2 to Agreement No. 18-TA002744JP provides for an additional $36,667.82 and 119 calendar days to the construction schedule for additional canal lining for a revised Agreement total of $1,357,084.41 and a revised completion date of November 16, 2019.
