  • Accept and Record Permanent Ingress/Egress and Access Easement from Mote Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc.; and

Background Discussion
  • The proposed reliever channel will provide an additional hydraulic connection between Rattlesnake Slough and Evers Reservoir to alleviate local flooding problems associated with the area to Ward Lake.
  • The Permanent Drainage Easement is 7,110 square feet and the Permanent Ingress/Egress and Access Easement is 314 square feet.
  • Public Works has secured the permit approvals from the US Army Corps of Engineers and Southwest Florida Water Management District.
