  • Accept a Permanent Utility Easement from KW Realty Fund VII, LLC (includes Consent and Joinder from Valley National Bank), which was recorded in the Official Records of Manatee County, Florida on October 24, 2019; and
  • Accept Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Richard Kerper, Manager of KW Realty Fund VII, LLC, which was recorded in the Official Records of Manatee County, Florida on October 24, 2019.
