Action Requested
Execute a Supplemental Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).

Florida Statutes, Section 339.12

Background Discussion
  • Original LAP agreement was executed by the BOCC on May 21, 2013.
  • FDOT amended construction phase costs based upon a revised cost estimate provided by the County's Engineer of Record.
  • FDOT issued a supplemental agreement increasing the project funding.
  • The LAP Agreement is amended to increase the funding for Phase 58 (Construction) by $108,360 to a total of $398,009.  The amended total amount of the contract including Phase 58 (Construction) and Phase 68 (CEI) is $441,509.
