The original 44th Avenue East Road Right of Way Improvement Project was approved in the FY 1994/1995 CIP on February 25, 1994, and reapproved in FY 2009/2010 CIP on September 15, 2009, Resolution R-09-219.
On November 27, 2012, the BCC executed a Contract for Sale and Purchase for a Warranty Deed of Parcel #122 from James T. Brinn and Debra A. Brinn, located at 4609 44th Avenue East, in the amount of $55,000.
On March 26, 2013, a closing was conducted by American Acquisition Group, LLC. As a part of the closing instruments, a Partial Release of Mortgage was executed and recorded in ORB 2445, PG 1206 by First Bank .
The conveyance instruments are hereby presented for execution, acceptance and/or recording.
