  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from David Baldauf, as Manager of 2550 TR, LLC.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125, County Government.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion

A 525 square foot and a 711 square foot Utilities Easement is required for two waterline backflow meters at SRQ Commerce Park.  One waterline backflow meter is located on the north end of the property and the other waterline backflow meter is located on the south end of the property. The property is located at 2550 Tallevast Road, Sarasota, Florida 34243.
