Florida Statutes, Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion
Parkcrest Landings is required to dedicate a permanent utility easement and two flowage easements for the multiple buildings/apartments on the recently developed parcel.
