Background Discussion
  • On January 26, 2016, the Board of County Commissioners executed a contract from AM Cruz Properties, LLC, for parcel 821A & 821B in the amount of $1,000.00.
  • Parcel 821A & 821B is a Permanent Sidewalk Easement consisting of 37 square feet and 57 square feet to construct a sidewalk and drainage. 
  • The acquisition is required for the Rowlett Elementary School Sidewalk Phase VII Project.
