Convention Center and Crosley Estate Liquor Liability Insurance Renewal

Motion to approve the purchase of liquor liability insurance for the Bradenton Area Convention Center and the Powel Crosley Estate for a total cost of $2,666.19 and to authorize the County Attorney or his designee to execute all related documents.
Manatee County Government purchases liquor liability insurance for the Bradenton Area Convention Center and the Powel Crosley Estate in order to protect against liability that might arise from selling or serving liquor at these facilities. This renewal policy is being handled by First Florida Insurance Brokers and is purchased through Capitol Specialty Insurance Corporation. The total one-year premium for this renewal is $2,666.19 (inclusive of all taxes and fees).
The County Attorney recommends purchasing this liquor liability policy in the amount of $2,666.19 and requests authorization for him or his designee to execute all related documents.
