Action Requested

Acceptance of, authorization to record, Drainage and Utility Easements, from Hidden Lakes Living LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

Authorization to record an Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Mark C. Bouldin, Managing Member of Hidden Lakes Living, LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes – FS 125.

Background Discussion

A Drainage Easement was required by the Stormwater Engineering Section of the Public Works Department for access, construction, and maintenance of underground drainage.

A Utility Easement was required for access, construction, installation, maintenance, and operation of public utility facilities and reading of water meters.

Hidden Lakes Memory Care Facility is the name of the project for this dedication.

The subject property is located south of 53 Avenue West and east of U.S. 41.

The conveyance documents are hereby presented for acceptance and/or recording.
