Action Requested
Authorize the County Administrator or his designee to execute Change Order # 2 to Contract # 12-1881-DS with Gator Grading and Paving, LLC, increasing the contract amount by $75,270.16 from $2,734,494.37 to $2,809,764.53 and adding 122 calendar days for a revised contract completion date of June 29, 2014.

Background Discussion
Change Order # 2 increases the Contract amount by $75,270.16 which provides for installation of a temporary traffic light strain pole and accommodates a change in design that impacts the lighting conductor connections, the traffic controller assembly, and the need for a directional bore to accommodate the new connectivity for the (ATMS) Advanced Traffic Management System. These changes require an additional 122 calendar days and will extend the contract completion from February 27, 2014, to June 29, 2014.
