Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District is required to dedicate a width of 130 feet of right-of-way for the proposed eastern extension of Rangeland Parkway, encompassing approximately 4 miles.
This right-of-way is related to the Esplanade Phase III development in Lakewood Ranch.
The right-of-way being dedicated was acquired by Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District on July 9, 2013, from SMR North 70, LLC.
