  • Record Partial Release of Mortgage from Alan H. Torgler, as Vice-President for Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, its Master Servicer and Attorney-in-Fact for Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB d/b/a Christiana Trust, formerly known as Christiana Trust, a Division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB as trustee, in trust for the registered holders of Invitation Homes 2014-SFR1 Single Family Rental Pass-Through Certificates.
