Accept and Record Warranty Deed from Creekside Ranch Apartments, LLC, for property located at Lakewood Ranch Boulevard; Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Thomas Cavanaugh, Manager of Creekside Ranch Apartments, LLC; Record Partial Release of Mortgage from Synovus Bank.

Enabling/Regulating Authority

Chapters 125 and 127, Florida Statutes, Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 5.1 addresses the safety and efficiency of forecasting vehicular demands.

Background Discussion
As a requirement of the Final Site Plan for Creekside Ranch Apartments, LLC, a dedication of 15 feet of right-of-way is required along Lakewood Ranch Boulevard.
