Action Requested
  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from LG SR 70 and 30th, LLC, for access to inspect and read water meters for property located at 2955 East 53rd Avenue, Bradenton, Florida; and
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Fernando De Leon, as Manager for LG SR 70 and 30th, LLC; and
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Whitney Bank, a Mississippi State Chartered Bank d/b/a Hancock Bank.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan - Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion
LG SR 70 and 30th, LLC, is required to dedicate a 300 square foot public utility easement for access to inspect and maintain the potable water system.
