Action Requested
  • Release Required Improvements Agreement – Master Lift Station;
  • Accept and Execute Required Improvements Agreement – Master Lift Station with Lennar Homes, LLC; and
  • Accept Letter of Credit No. FGAC-08037 Amendment No. 4 in the Amount of $1,406,457.00.

Background Discussion

On August 26, 2008, the Board of County Commissioners accepted a Required Improvements Agreement (Performance) in order to secure completion of the Master Lift Station for this project.  Lennar Homes, LLC, has received all necessary permits associated with the construction of the Master Lift Station.  A contract to build the lift station was executed between Lennar Homes and Gator Grading and Paving on January 17, 2014.  The developer is requesting an extension on this required public improvement in order to complete the necessary work.  The Public Works Department has reviewed the request and is in agreement with the Developer's request.
