Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes Chapter 125.  Manatee Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion

GH&G Lockwood, LLC, is required to dedicate a 15 foot wide utility easement within the West Lakes Plaza subdivision. The easement addresses sanitary sewer facilities.
