Florida Statutes Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan-Goal 3.3 addresses protection, enhancement, and maintenance of natural land and water resources.

A Conservation Easement is required in accordance with the Manatee County Land Development Code to protect the wetlands on the property.  The subject property is located at 14010 Florida Lane, Wimauma, Florida 33598.  The easement area contains 11,132 square feet.
