  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from SLV II CCE Venture, LP; and
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Lawrence Colditz, as Authorized Signatory for SLV II CCE Venture, LP; and
  • Record Joinder and Consent from The Northern Trust Company; and
  • Record Consent to Offsite Utility Easement from Rex Jensen, Chairman of the Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District.

Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes, Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion
A 51,888 square foot utility easement is needed to accommodate water and wastewater infrastructure that are beyond the limits of the Del Webb, Phase 1A Plat.
