  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from DD Sarasota II, LLC; and
  • Record Conservation Easement from DD Sarasota II, LLC; and
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Suntrust Bank.

Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes, Chapter 125. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 3.3 addresses protection, enhancement, and maintenance of natural land and water resources. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion
  • As a stipulation to the final site plan of the Luxe at Lakewood Ranch Apartments, the dedication of a Conservation Easement to Manatee County is required.
  • A 546 square foot utility easement is necessary to grant access to the master meter for maintenance and meter reading.
