  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from Divosta Homes Holdings, LLC, the general partner of Divosta Homes, L.P.; and
  • Record Consent to Offsite Utility Easement from the Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District; and
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Divosta Homes Holdings, LLC, the general partner of Divosta Homes, L.P.

Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes, Chapter 125. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion
A 4,596 square feet offsite Utility Easement is needed for Mallory Park Phase 1. The offsite easement is beyond the limits of the plat. The final site plan is scheduled to be presented to the Board of County Commissioners on July 26, 2016, regarding FSP 15-07, Mallory Park Phase 1, Subphases A, C, and E.
