Approval for County Administrator to sign a Supplemental Agreement to a Tier 3 Interconnection Agreement, dated June 1, 2013, by and between Manatee County and Florida Power & Light (FPL).
Section 125.01, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 63-1598, Laws of Florida, as amended.
Manatee County and FPL entered into a Tier 3 Interconnection Agreement for Customer-Owned Regeneration ("Agreement") on June 1, 2013. A Supplemental Agreement is now required to change Section 5.1 of the Agreement to modify language as relates to the location of the manual disconnect switch or switches.

Mr. Eschenfelder of the County Attorney's Office provided legal review on the original Tier 3 Interconnection Agreement for Customer-Owned Regeneration which was subsequently approved by the board for signature by the County Administrator. Mr. Eschenfelder has now given his approval, via attached email, to proceed with the execution of the Supplemental Agreement.
