  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from 4816 Lena, LLC, for access to inspect and read water meters and sanitary sewer system for property located at 4816 Lena Road, Bradenton, Florida and;
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Mark Cahill as Manager for 4816 Lena, LLC.

Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan - Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion

4816 Lena, LLC is required to dedicate a 72 square foot and 152 square foot public utility easement for access to inspect and maintain the potable water system and sanitary sewer system.
