Florida Statutes, Chapter 125. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion
As part of FSP-14-82, a Permanent Utility Easement is required to be dedicated to Manatee County from Shriyog Corporation. The proposed use of the parcel is for a medical and retail office.
