  • Record Joinder and Consent from The Northern Trust Company; and
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Lawrence Colditz, as Authorized Signatory of SLV II CCE VENTURE, LP; and
  • Record Consent from Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes, Chapter 125. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion

An offsite Permanent Utility Easement is required to be dedicated to Manatee County. This easement area is 70,591 square feet. The second easement area of 3,867 square feet is for the lift station.
