Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125 and Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goals 5.4 addresses bikeway and pedestrian systems. 

Background Discussion
Kingsfield Lakes Homeowners Association is required to dedicate a 12,168 square foot nonexclusive permanent easement to Manatee County for ingress, egress, construction, and maintenance of a public sidewalk along Chin Road in Parrish, Florida 34217.
