Accept and Record Warranty Deed from Mark Cahill Investment, LLC for property located at Creekwood East Corporate Park for road improvements; Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Mark F. Cahill, as Managing Member for Mark Cahill Investment, LLC; Record Partial Release from Charles Funk whose mailing address is 7107 Cedar Hollow Circle, Bradenton, Florida 34203.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes FS 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 5.1 addresses the safety and efficiency of forecasted vehicular demands.

Background Discussion

As a condition of the final site plan and approval for Creekwood East Corporate Park, a commercial subdivision, 15 feet of additional right-of-way was required from Mark Cahill Investment, LLC, along Lena Road.

The area of dedication contains 3,618 square feet.
