  • Record Affidavit of Ownership from Caryn L. Rose, as owner of property at 3816 9th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, and;
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Excel Mortgage Network, Inc.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125, and Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1-9.2 addresses sanitary sewer systems. 

Background Discussion
