Acceptance of Conveyance Document - Tallevast Road

Acceptance of a Warranty Deed from The Forum, LLC for the purchase of 37.71 acres at the Northwest corner of US 301 and Tallevast Road.
On December 11, 2012, the BCC executed the contract for the purchase of 37.71 acres of vacant land for the relocation of the Fleet/Transit facilities currently located at 1108 26th Avenue East, at a cost of $4,520,000.
The closing documents were executed by the seller on December 14, 2012, however, disbursement of the funds were not issued until all of the conditions in the contract were met.
The warranty deed, as part of the closing, was recorded in O.R. Book 2451, Page 687, PRMCF on December 27, 2012 and is hereby submitted to the BCC for acceptance.
