Execute and Record Permanent Easement Agreement from Sansteve LLC for property located at 4919 14th Street West, parcel identified as Parcel 801, being a portion of the Pic Town Water Line Project; Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Andrew M. Schreier, in his capacity as Vice President of Kinsan Management Corp., a Delaware corporation, the Manager of Sansteve LLC.

Enabling/Regulating Authority

Chapters 125 and 127 Eminent Domain, Florida Statute.

Comp Plan - Goal 11.5-11.7 Addresses the Potable Water System

Background Discussion
  • The Pic Town Water Line, Phase I Project was approved in the FY 2009-2014 CIP.
  • A Permanent Easement, identified as Parcel 801, containing 1,800 square feet is required for replacing the existing structure, constructing and maintaining a new water line.
