  1. Execute and Record Final Subdivision Plat;
  2. Record Fifth Supplemental Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Trevesta;
  3. Accept, execute, and record Mortgagee's Consent and Subordination of Subdivision Plat and All Dedications and Reservation Thereon; 
  4. Accept, execute, and record Joinder In And Ratification of Subdivision Plat and All Dedications and Reservations Thereon;
  5. Accept and record Conservation Easement from VK Trevesta, LLC.;
  6. Authorize the County Administrator to accept, execute, and record Agreement for Private Subdivision with Public Improvements from VK Trevesta, LLC.;
  7. Authorize the County Administrator to accept, execute, and record Agreement for Private Subdivision with Private Improvements from VK Trevesta, LLC.;
  8. Authorize the County Administrator to accept and execute Surety Bond for Performance of Required Public Improvements, Trevesta Phase III, Subphase A, Surety Bond No. LICX1177944 issued through Lexon Insurance Company for $1,345,338.80;
  9. Authorize the County Administrator to accept and execute Surety Bond for Performance of Required Public Improvements, Trevesta Phase III, Subphase A, Surety Bond No. LICX1177945 issued through Lexon Insurance Company for $1,112,487.35;
  10. Authorize the County Administrator to accept and execute Surety Bond for Performance of Required Private Improvements, Trevesta Phase III, Subphase A, Surety Bond No. LICX1177946 issued through Lexon Insurance Company for $3,564,091.51;
  11. Authorize the County Administrator to accept and execute Surety Bond for Performance of Required Private Improvements, Trevesta Phase III, Subphase A, Surety Bond No. LICX1177947 issued through Lexon Insurance Company for $88,463.38.


Enabling/Regulating Authority
  • MANATEE COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE ORDINANCE 15-17, AS AMENDED;
  • MANATEE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT GOAL 2.4, ADEQUATE PUBLIC FACILITIES IN ALL DEVELOPED OR DEVELOPING AREAS. The project has been issued a Certificate of Level of Service for Traffic Circulation, mass transit, drainage, solid waste, parks; Objective 2.4.2 Concurrency, CLOS-14-025.


Background Discussion
  • The Final Subdivision Plat is for 114 Single-Family residential lots.
  • The Developer has posted Surety Bonds to warrant the required public and private infrastructure improvements - Potable Water & Fire Distribution System, Sanitary Sewer System, Roadway, Storm Sewer System, Grassing & BMP's, Irrigation System, General Conditions, Earthwork, Roadway, Store Sewer System, Irrigation System, Final Lift of Asphalt.
  • All common areas will be maintained by Trevesta Homeowners Association, Inc.
