Action Requested
Authorize execution and recording of Agreements with McClure Properties, Ltd., and HBT of Eagle Pointe, LLC:  (1) Agreement to Terminate Agreement for the Delivery and Use of Reclaimed Irrigation Water and (2) Agreement to Terminate Easement Agreement.

Background Discussion
On March 25, 1986, Daniel P. McClure, as Trustee, entered into an agreement for the use of reclaimed irrigation water. 

The parties have come to a mutually agreeable decision to officially terminate the agreement. Additionally, Manatee County will abandon any infrastructure and/or easements within the area described in the agreement. This decision is based on the future plans for the development of the property and the significant change in reclaimed water usage by the property over the last several years.
