  • Parrish Holdings, LLC is the owner of real property located at 12420 US 301 North, Parrish, Florida, which is the site of a proposed, master-planned community known as North River Ranch.
  • Parrish Holdings, LLC has applied for approval of the subdivision plat for Phase IA-I of the North River Ranch development.
  • Phase IA-I includes the construction of 120 residential dwellings on 49.9 acres situated along Moccasin Wallow Road.
