Authorization for the Transit Division Manager to execute the External Room Reservation Agreement with the State College of Florida (SCF) for the 2019 "Annual Christmas Tour of Lights" on Friday, December 13, 2019.

The Board of County Commissioners' Annual Christmas Tour of Lights is an annual event where Manatee County Area Transit (MCAT) buses tour local holiday lights using State College of Florida (SCF) as a base location.
This year's event takes place on Friday, December 13, 2019, and is available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are asked to bring a donation, either of toys or food, in lieu of fare payment. The buses will start and end the tour from the SCF location. State College of Florida charges $80.00 for use of their bathroom facilities. Execution of the External Room Reservation application form and fee payment ensures that SCF bathroom facilities are provided for the Tour of Lights participants and the volunteers who collect gifts and non-perishable food items.
