Authorize the County Administrator or his designee to execute Amendment #5 to the Agreement for Professional Consulting Advertising Agency Services with Aqua Marketing and Communications, Inc., St. Petersburg, FL. This term renewal extends the Agreement for one (1) year commencing July 1, 2015, and terminating June 30, 2016, for a total not to exceed amount of $538,250.00.
Manatee County Code of Law
On July 2, 2012, Agreement 11-1020FL for Professional Consulting Advertising Agency Services for the Convention and Visitors Bureau with Aqua Marketing and Communications Inc. commenced. Services to be provided under the Agreement include advertising, marketing, and public relations.
Amendments #1, #2, #3, and #4 added additional tasks to this term renewal to the scope of service, extended the agreement to exercise renewal options, and encumbered the funding for the year. This Amendment #5 encumbers $538,250.00 for the renewal period. A summary of the funding for each year of the Agreement is as follows:
Increases to FY 2015 - FY 2016 includes some services that have previously been provided by other third party vendors but have been consolidated with Aqua to optimize our marketing efforts. These transferred services are as follows:
