Action Requested
  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from Rangeland MOB, LLC, for property located at 11505 Rangeland Parkway for access to inspect and maintain the potable water system and sanitary sewer system; and
  • Record Consent from Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District; and
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from John Steele, as Manager for Rangeland MOB, LLC; and
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Northern Trust Company; and
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Lakewood Ranch Commerce Park, LLC, Lakewood Centre North 1 Condominium Association, and Lakewood Centre Owners Association, Inc.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125, Comprehensive Plan Goal 11.5-11.7 addresses the potable water system and Comprehensive Plan Goal 11.2 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion
Rangeland MOB, LLC, is required to dedicate an 834 square foot public utility easement for access to inspect and maintain the potable water system and sanitary sewer system.
