  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from Lakewood Ranch Commerce Park, LLC; and
  • Accept the Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Anthony J. Chiofalo, as Vice President of Schroeder-Manatee Ranch, Inc., a Delaware corporation, the Manager of LWR Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company, the sole Member of Lakewood Ranch Commerce Park, LLC.
